We're seeing that so much of mental illness is also linked to this narrowing of focus and this narrowing of possibility,. And not being able to think fluidly, we wer get more and more trapped. There are four different types of knowledge: propositional knowing, participatory knowing, procedureKnowing and perspectival Knowing. But just on the ar the participatory knowledge is the one that is actually at the the a kind of top or bottom of the stack, whichever way you see it. That's that sense of being in deep flow with the world.
