Once you try make that transition over a couple of weeks to having much more healthy and high fats then you can go for long period of times without eating why because your body is now using its own store of fat. Figure out the things that really don't cause you feel good two hours four hours 24 hours 48 hours later which is why I say eliminate all the kryptonite stuff  and just see how you feel but whatever it isjust make a few changes for the better until you get to the mental state you want.
