The Future of Medicare Reform

The president is putting forth a number of proposals on Medicare, says Sen. Rand Paul. "Now is the time to make those changes because Medicare's trust fund will run out of money by 2028," he adds. If we can all just be sensible and say that 'the way Medicare works right now, it doesn't actually work that well,' then let's do something productive, writes Paul.
