Jay Parini: I think a lot of new people to the field think it's good. If they have a varied level of experience, which is true, as long as you didn't job hop. But sometimes reality sits in and that's what happened. Sometimes it can't not be that person. So how does one, like, let's say I'm a job hopper and it's just, I'm in my early 20s? How do I shine a bright, shiny light on or make, add some sort of not a shiny light on them, but make it look better than what it obviously looks like? Like, how do I convince you that's not me?
