She doesn't label herself, but she does embrace some of the basic methodologies of conservative justices. The next step is that the judiciary committee is going to meet next week,. Then the full senate will vote before congress leaves for its easter holiday on april eleventh. There is no reason to expect that any of the 50 senators on the democratic side will oppose her. Three republicans votes last year might get two or three, possibly a couple more. But she will be confirmed, in all likelihood, and once she is, she'll be sworn in over
