I was thinking Clapham is a coffee shop heavy kind of place. What I've tried to get across to them was that each one is trying to carve out a niche. The big learning from me was showing them what actually a worked example could look like accelerated the whole process. It's because they can relate to even at a very low level. But they could then say, okay, right, I understand it there so I can now put it into my world.
