When I joined Riot, I was in the interview process in 2018 when the Kataku article hit. The leadership took accountability and said, you know what? We're going to have DEI. It is a part of the past that has really driven a lot of change in the industry. But we can't lose sight that this is something you can't check a box on and just move on. You really got to continue to work at it.
