What Causes Your Parents to Say Today's the Day?

In the early 2000s, I did seven startups. One of them was around building homes for first time home buyers and downsizers. What happens is there's certain things they like about it and it pulls them towards that solution. The second part though is that every time they see that new solution, they have anxieties around it. But by us putting this as part of the service that we added onto it, we actually raised the price of the condo and included moving in storage. We had an 18% increase in sales.
