Coaching in the Wild West
European basballs, it is the wild west. If you lose two games in a row, you're out. You never ever want to coach for this team that still living in the glory days. I remember my boss telling me, well, we don't tell the board members that we have the fourteenth largest budget. It would be an insult. How do you take all your experiences over there and turn them into something good? That first step is really hardi how much work is put into. And i was as lucky and fortunate to be in pretty sane situations over there wh i was able till i kind of establish roots and grow a career.
