Is Uber a Good Business?

Yandex is roughly one third the size of uber in terms of market cap. It's still a decent sized check for them to stroke. On the flip side, you look at uber and i hope the people who own shares of uber are patient,. This really seems like a business that is going to take some time to pay sustainable dividends for their shareholders.
