New Democrat Joel Harden wondered why the Ford government went AWOL during the Trucker convoy protest in Ottawa last year. Justice Paul Rulow, of course, chosen according to the emergency's act law to do a post mortem on that law's use and whether it was legal for the prime minister to invoke it.
