My HBA1C in July was 7.7. It is now 5.7. Reduced with, reduced with pure debit diet, keto plus intermittent fasting. So any doctor who tells you type two diabetes cannot be reversed. His knowledge is outdated and he's probably over 40. And I must tell you that diabetes lodges have no idea of diet.
