How Much Patience Should You Give Yourself on These Particular Items?
When i think about mental training, the words that always come to mind for me are curiosity and patience. Not feeling like you need to have it perfect is one of the things we practise in itself. It's more like, when someone first starts training, maybe all they needed was that belief that they could do it. And so a lot of times when i'm working with athletes, i see this sweet spot happen after about two to three months where they're really starting to make these connections.
