A lot of entrepreneurial CEOs struggle with which is the entrepreneur has that idea of the moment right the squirrel distraction it's like oh here's a cool idea and they want to put in place now yep. So for us we do a few things we run as super transparent and rigorous quarterly planning session which gives us a lot of backbone to say look we're only playing 12 weeks at a time you know so I think sometimes the reactionary tendencies comes from not having a plan that you agreed to in the first place, he says.
