How We Built a Software Company to Help Grow Our Agency

We launched it in like 2020 and so it's been three years. We've had it now and it's really helped our agency grow a ton. So everything, we were very much in the trenches. This wasn't a software company that was kind of like trying to build something. And then I showed it to them. And they said, well, can I like pay you to use this? And it was like, oh, this could be a business. I had no idea, you know?
