The Evolution of Statistics

I was our eugen Pearson son of Carl Pearson for whom statistics is about helping you make decisions and at that point World War II happens so we've sort of told the story about how statistics gets made real. Statistics goes from statecraft to data to mathematics and then about truth and then there's this break point in the book where suddenly computers happen. There's some dark turns to around eugenics there's plenty of dark turns which is another thing for others another which is anotherthing for us not to shy away from.
