How Did You Get Started as a Manager?
i was the second designer to join one password. And i think we're around at the 30 people marking there in the design team now. The first four ays were like the steepest learning curve for me were in expectations. I've had some really reactive bosses on the on the agency side, a and i probably used the word boss because, i mean, the negative sense of a manager,. am, and i really wanted to avoid being that reactive.
