Imitate the Master, Emulate the Master

i was so surprised to learn that for centuries, the educational system in many countries was based on imitation. I mean ush, that's how we evolve to learn. We don't have to do it all ourselves. We can take our cues from people who have figured this out and learned from them. Like i really love that idea. That's affected my own approach to studying and learning from the writers that i admire. And there's not a sort of formal programme of im incorporating imitation and emulation into our into our educational system or into our work place training because we are so obsessed with innovation. And i i really am.
