i think sometimes when you're talking about somebody to run your company, ah, you might have to date a few people before you figure i e going to marry here's a question for you. If we can't afford this person at the moment, at what point do we say, we have to afford this person? I think this person ends up making you money. So that' said, i don't think you can hire anybody else without a really great job description. And i would like to give you some suggestions on what needs to be in that job description. The first thing they need to do is run a management and productivity system. That is what the c o o or the president
