The Difference Between Intelligent and Smart

I think that there's some weird shit going on with Sir. Do they change that? Does the Bible, I mean, you've you've obviously read it. And if we believe that the CIA and DARPA create the Internet, I think they probably have a program to go back and go through the entire Internet and flips everything. This gets into my theory about the difference between intelligent and smart. There's some people can be intelligent and smart, but intelligence is understanding systems and how they work within those smart is experience. That's it.
