Is Fasting a Good Way to Check Yourself?
The more I'm learning is that fasting isn't maybe quite as great for us As it is for you, especially if you're kind of a high performance very active woman. We definitely need to consume more protein across the board period anyway so Do you find at least in what you've been noticing that that is consistent? Now I'm not talking about fasting for either weight management or you know, whatever And the other thing I think fasting is an interesting tool like pulling in the reins You know how you can get Lucy goosie sometimes and all of a sudden you're like, oh, yeah Oh, wait, I'm over here.
