Burns Theory - Is There a Burns' Theory?

I'm trying very hard to really help people understand what Burns' theory and viewpoint are. And he took us four, three episodes to talk through Burns' theory. But I think realistically, he would have to have enough interest to go read Burns' books. He just may not be an area of interest for him or where he's going to spend his time.
