The Benefits of Having a Strong Leader
It's two very different set of skills, depending on when you come from. But I do think it is possible that some people have both. And for me, because I do not really code or I do not check the code, I always have to go to someone and ask for that. So I like this of having this one person, really like two leader of a smaller team. You can have many and one strong person on top to help and coach.
