How to Get a Wind Farm Approved

It takes a long time to get a wind farm approved. At the same time, we need the wind and the rewards are there for building wind farms. There was an interesting report from Goldman Sachs talking about three terawatts of wind and solar capacity in China by 2030. It is just about a gigawatt a day or something like that built between now and then. Those might not be the only wind and solar farms that they can't find.
