The Importance of Love in Your Career
Randy Cevallos: We're running up against time, and the time where I turn to closing observations in one direction. What would you say to anybody coming out of HBS or any other university or doing high school about what they should be thinking about from a career standpoint? He says if your parents are pushing you to do something because this is worth of money, you don't care about that. "You get near the top by working like a crazy person," he says.
