Soft Wear - The Unit of Delivery Is a Team
As a junior dev, you solve puzzles that are presented to you by more senior members of the team. An individual developer can write soft ware, but not deliver it. The unit of delivery is a team and i think that's really important. My active as a suffra team is to provide valued capabilities to customers. And that involves coating the software to provide those capabilities.
