And how can you provide this unique value to this customer immediately to kickstart the feedback loop? I'll end with a quick example. A founder was planning on starting a weekly newsletter interviewing new parents about things that had worked to get their kids to sleep. This doesn't fit any of the questions we just mentioned. It doesn't leverage the founder's insight or meet customers where they are. The important thing is those meaningful interactions in 2021.
