Is a CT Necessary for a Renal Transplant?

If you're doing a stone case, you got to know where your stones are and potentially kind of be mapping that out in your head ahead of time. Almost always the renal transplants will have some kind of cross sectional imaging from maybe a year ago, two years ago or six months ago. And so I'm always doing moderate sedation, you know, versus infetinil. Sometimes we'll give the patient even a little bit of Benadryl.
