But if there's any spoken word, any sort of like music, anything like that, I just can't fall asleep and it just annoys the shit out of me. To fall asleep now, she does her own silent meditation practice which is usually like it's, it's not the kind of like meme version of just like counting sheep, but just like some repetitive task that he finds enjoyable. She says two different meta analyses indicate that mindfulness meditation can have positive effects on sleep parameters both in patients with insomnia as well as general population.
