How to Deal With Feedback From Customers

Sandy: It's like continually having to just explain and adjust and justify how and why the system works the way that it does is very taxing. Even if people are positive and open, they're still like, so why does it do this or how, how, I don't know. This is stuff that Y Combinator hits on continuously because as much as they talk about everyone, it doesn't solve the problem. The next crop of YC companies fall into the same trap of not talking to customers because it's hard.
