Jairnth Verma says the Canadian JTF2 is one of the most highly skilled special forces groups behind the Delta squad in the British SAS. But he doesn't think there's anything that's significantly special about them. He thinks it's all about the territory, the resources and the lack of threats - why Canada is so prosperous.
