Post-traumatic stress is a trauma that happens to you that's too hard to deal with in the moment. Your brain essentially takes that negative traumatic energy and stores it in your unconscious where you can't access it, right? That's why soldiers have flashbacks. If you ever die may have a lot of friends who are in the military and have seen it happen. Something will trigger them or it'll just wake up at night freaking out because they'll have dreams about this stuff. And then what do you do? Forget about it. You immediately push it away, right? Exactly. It doesn't leave your brain. It Doesn't leave your body until it's brought back up and worked out
