The cat is just one component out of a wider again economic framework of social justice that exists we have the concept of adarba or musharaka which really rests on the idea of cooperative communities. Islamic inheritance laws and this law are very complicated because there are many other ideas i must on the dissemination if you will well it's not left to the whim of um somebody who is deceased rather a third of the wealth is dedicated towards your immediate family in order to go towards a community.
