Learning Through Your Own Hand

Lesley Stahl: My whole pieces is needing not to forget stuff. Having one place where everything is, knowing that i won't be able to write everything down,. But i believe there are definitely benefits from having things written with your own hand. She says it really depends on the modality in which you're working. Do you need to remember these things? Are you engaging with your g t d system in order to remember something? Or are you engaging withyour g t t system inorder to get it off your mind so that you can be creative? Right?
