i think it's probably gotten worse during covid. There was a great study done by microsopt this summer. They found that managers, on average, are putting in an extra eight hours weak in interactions. So i think to add to the problem, you've got managers who are so busy they're not noticing right ther there. I wish more of them would make it easy for me. And i'll go from the least aggressive to the most aggressive.
