I think what you start to realize is that there is a lot of duplication and redundancy in the system, or people come and don't get their problem solved. I think we'd see enough cost savings that the overwhelming burden that everyone's feeling will be lightened considerably. We have an enormous opportunity if we choose to collaborate across our 13 provincial and territorial systems. And I think it'll benefit family physicians and it'll benefit patients as well.
