Free Drawing App - I Would Love a Place

On a Mac and iPad, this actually pretty good. You're only allowed to do all the stuff that Mac and iOS already do. There's already so much that is like table stakes for any app on a Mac. All it's not a powerful app, but it is a fucking free drawing app.
