Is There a Way to Find Greatness?
Stanley: I'm really interested in this notion that greatness could just be a door in a maze, and it's within walking distance. But unfortunately, there's combinatorly many doors, and we need a kind of serendipity or subjectiveness to find it. So you want to have these interesting things, but also you don't want to waste your time searching into a completely wrong direction. Stanley calls it interestingness. Adhe has this concept of interestingness. And actually, i love this conception of am just thinking about our lives as being a kind of search problem.
