Culture Is a Set of Sliders
Many people have those moral premises implicit at companies. You know, here's how we do things. We do it x way. Dont fon public goods as i think it coins. One commandment, great, ok. And then you have derivations from that, you know, oman source is good, and a, being civil to people on line is good,. Right? The thing is that culture is a set of sliders. It's not that there's any one combination that works. As the company grows, the culture becomes more and more important. For society, though, that flips around. The culture is everything.
