What's the biggest mistake that you've made? And what'd you learn from it? It's

not a single mistake, but I think the other thing that I think I've realized over the years is just the importance of kindness. I don't want to lead anyone to believe that I've not always been a nice or kind person, but when you talk to people, not just saying hello and thank you and looking them in the eyes and having a nice interaction, but just spending a couple extra minutes talking to somebody when you walk by them in the hallway or when you're at dinner and you're interacting with the waiter, you know, just asking a couple more questions and just really engaging people in a kind, human, nice way. I feel like too many times in my life I've been obsessed with the task at hand, and I'll say hi to somebody and keep walking by them. And frankly, that's something I still struggle with a little bit, just kind of given the demands of the job and everything that's kind of going on. But I really have grown to value just taking a few extra minutes throughout the day to have a nice exchange with somebody and being really kind to them. That's something that I don't think I've necessarily always done a great job

I look back at some of our clients, David Moorhead at Baylor is somebody that I have a lot of respect for as a person. And I think he does things really differently. His due diligence is unlike one we've ever really had. And then the way he's kind of monitored his investment in the firm has also been really unique. So he's definitely cut from the self-taught cloth. So he'd probably be somebody that I think would be good to have on the show.
