Brokers have said that the tech would act as the brain in the room and they would still be able to maintain relationships with clients which makes their role unique. I don't know if anyone's ready for like the biggest financial move most people make in their lifetimes being done completely by a robot, but we've seen more and more and more of it be eaten up by digital tools. So there's still a lot of hurdles to be jumped but yeah I mean I only see this making the buyer more empowered and therefore making the job of a broker really about being incredibly empathetic or personable.
