Quanta Mechanics
Quanto mechanic says that things are a sort of random in a very basic level. You can't know somethings position of velocity perfectly. The actual specific outcome for a quantum object isn't determined you measure it, but the probabilities are determined in advance. So if you have an electron over here and it's doing something you don't know exactly where it is, but has some ies to be here there. And you do something iid like you fire a photon at it thend, you can predict what its new probabilities are. Predictively, i cannot strange balls and strange strikes in this case.
