How Neuroscience Can Help Us Understand Motivation
Moses wants to motivate himself to do his masters in one year. Can we see what motivation looks like in the brain? Yeah I wanted to find out if neuroscience can help us understand a bit more about motivation. What motivates you is reward like money or food like going to lunch today. And of course it motivates me to take the umbrella if it rains outside which is not the case today. We need rewards or punishers that make us motivated and these rewards are processed in reward neurons in the brain in different brain structures including the dopium neurons.
