I think like listen, what you're talking about is the kind of behavioral stuff that I'm like, that's really useful to check in with yourself and go, right, this is my experience. It's not other people's experience and reminding yourself of that frequently feels like a really helpful tool for this kind of stuff,. The trick is most people take this position and treat it as sacrosanct and therefore think this means my behavior is unassailable because I know what's going on with me.
