When we opened the company in 2013, there was nothing in terms of what we had built out. There were also far fewer options in the marketplace for systems process automation. The first thing that we did is I literally just open Microsoft Word and I typed up a lease signing checklist. So basically you started creating paper checklists and one process at a time.
