In ice age they introduce cantrips. But cantrips at the time you didn't draw the card right away. You drew the beginning of the next term's upkeep. They were worried that ursa bobble, caus it caust zero a was less unnecessary deck ing in stuff. And so all the cantes were delayed because of the existence of ursa's bouble. Um, and it also has a very small effect, basically as i look at a random card from my opponent's hand. So it definitely was, there weren't a lot of zero cost artifacts, and yet there was.
