Loneliness is a bad thing. We distinguish between loneliness and isolation. Sometimes you can be isolated without feeling lonely. But there's still probably a long-term negative effect going on. People who are lonely more likely to have high blood pressure, different health conditions. It's a bad signifier for it again. So in a sense, if we were, you know, I don't know, maybe there's someone at home listening to this that feels lonely but can't take that first step, what would you do? Would you look for community mind space type spaces or help from your GP? You should go to your GP actually. There are more and more routes through to linking people up
