I cannot actually believe that brian armstrong can't get a meeting with the c c. The interest bearing product here, it appears that the relevant case law is moving beyond just howe now. So anybody that wants to sound smart and weiyhin on this stuff, ah, now you've to learn about the reeves test as well. I thinkthat there was some expectation that he would engage with the industry in a constructive way. That is clearly not happening. And i guess if you're armstrong, your kind of choices are silently keep on battling this, or just bring it.
