I Think the Best X Rule Will Come Through This Year
The SEC did a great job in these rule proposals they really you know did all the economic analysis that they needed to do. I think maybe the best X rule will come through this year I hope the OCR is changed from an order by order competition auction to a trade-out rule. It's going to take them more time and unfortunately it probably doesn't matter when they finalize it because as soon as they do virtue Citadel and the retail brokers are going to sue the SEC to block it it's going to end up in court"
