The Difference Between Factual Stretching and Legal Stretching
A prosecutor who takes the elements of a crime and says that the facts of what you did i'm going to stretch and make them sound worse or maybe you didn't even do some of these facts. That's not in any particular way undermine the rule of law as long as there is probable cause for instance for the arrest warrant. There is such a thing as light treason according to the rest of development if you don't want to go to law school just watch a rest of development because that has some really good legal lessons in it.
